Análise das Redes Associativas Pathfinder sobre a percepção dos professores acerca do uso da plataforma Moodle
Abstract
This study aims to know the teacher’s opinion of the Mathematics teaching program from the Costa Rica State Distance University (UNED) on the use of Moodle as a way of interaction with students, as well as find out if this resource is well used in an educational context and understand the impact of its use.
This study involves several areas: distance education, specifically in Costa Rica, the teaching of mathematics and the virtual learning spaces of UNED. It employs a qualitative methodology (technical reports and contingence analysis of Osgood) and graphic methods to represent knowledge (Pathfinder Associative Networks).
The qualitative approach was adopted, using a sample of 14 teachers who were teaching at UNED of Costa Rica, in the context of the program of Mathematics teaching. In order to understand the teacher’s written reports, a content analysis was made, using 11 analysis categories, obtained directly from the data (emergent system). Using two computer programs, Gestmagister and GOLUCA, contingence analysis were produced and Pathfinder Associative Networks were obtained. These results were studied in order to reach conclusions.
