Aplicação do conceito de B-Learning na formação inicial de enfermeiros: análise do desenvolvimento de uma unidade curricular
Abstract
The development of communication technologies has favored in the past two decades, the advent of new forms of educational practices. One of these forms, technically referred to as “Blended Learning”, integrates classical practices of classroom teaching with more innovative practices in distance learning.
This work aims to understand the impact of strategies B -Learning motivation and satisfaction of students attending option to “Introduction to Bioethics”, within the Bachelor of Nursing, in Lisbon School of Nursing.
Methodically proceeded to the collection of information through an initial diagnostic assessment questionnaire, and four final evaluation questionnaires, answered online, which allowed us to evaluate different parameters, such as the performance of teaching, content, methodology, organization and evaluation .
From the analysis of the results it is concluded that methodological issues are of crucial importance in the planning, development and evaluation of a course, even when motivation can potentially be compromised because it is not the first option you want, apart from that, in this case particularly, the use of B -Learning has shown to be an effective way to actively engage students in the development of the course.
