Busca de Autocuidado em Ambientes Digitais: Usos e Gratificações
(Search for Self-Care in Digital Environments: Uses and Gratifications)
Abstract
Informação, comunicação e programas de intervenção em saúde precisam ser planejados com dados precisos e oportunos. Com o objetivo de conceber a dinâmica do comportamento de busca de informação e uso de dispositivos digitais de saúde, realizamos uma revisão de literatura abordada pela perspectiva de Usos e Gratificações. No estudo analisamos onze artigos produzidos na última década e obtivemos como resultado a formulação teórica de que o usuário procura conhecimento para o autocuidado em saúde com as variantes de 1.Gerenciamento emocional do adoecimento, 2.Gerenciamento do dia-a-dia no processo de adoecimento, e 3.Gerenciamento da motivação para o autocuidado contínuo. Considerações sobre a estruturação da hipótese formulada bem como sobre os conceitos relacionados às suas categorias são fornecidas.
(Health information and communication programs in digital environments need to be planned with accurate and timely data. Such data are, in part, demands for solutions that need to be evidenced in order to make such strategies, in fact effective. In order to conceive such demands, we conducted a literature review approached from the perspective of Uses and Gratifications. In the study we obtained as a result the formulation that the user of the digital environments seeks self-care with the variants of 1. Emotional management, 2. Day-to-day management, and 3. Management of motivation for continuous self-care. Considerations about the structuring of the hypothesis formulated as well as about the concepts related to the categories found are provided.)
