Resumo

Resumo: A gestão da dor é essencial nos cuidados de enfermagem, impactando diretamente a qualidade de vida dos utentes, especialmente aqueles com condições complexas, como coagulopatias. Durante a implementação de uma consulta de enfermagem, observou-se que a dor era frequentemente subestimada, evidenciando importância na gestão da saúde. Esse achado motivou o presente estudo, que visa mapear o estado da arte na investigação sobre dor e enfermagem, identificando tendências, contribuições científicas, autores influentes, artigos mais citados e temas emergentes, com o objetivo de melhorar os cuidados e orientar futuras investigações.

Foram analisados 667 artigos da base de dados Scopus, utilizando o software de análise bibliométrica VOSviewer. A análise focou-se no desempenho bibliométrico, mapeamento de cocitação e coocorrência de palavras-chave, com identificação de clusters temáticos e tendências emergentes. Foram incluídos artigos em português, espanhol, francês e inglês, sem restrição temporal, oferecendo uma visão ampla da evolução da produção científica.

Desde 1966, a produção científica sobre dor e enfermagem cresceu, com os Estados Unidos, França e Brasil como principais contribuidores. A autora mais prolífica, Kate L. Lapane, destacou-se por seus estudos sobre a gestão da dor em idosos com demência e as disparidades no tratamento. A análise de cocitação identificou seis clusters principais, centrados na gestão da dor em geriatria, formação de profissionais e desigualdades no tratamento. A coocorrência de palavras-chave revelou quatro clusters relacionados à educação, avaliação da dor e intervenções farmacológicas e não farmacológicas.

O estudo ressalta a importância da educação contínua e abordagens interdisciplinares para melhorar os cuidados e reduzir disparidades.
