From the agricultural past to the development of tourism, as a solution to the crisis of the monoculture in the 1990s, the objective of the present study is to understand the factors that motivate the mobility and the settlement of migrants in the city. The methodology chosen for this study is oral history, however direct observation and bibliographic research complement the corpus of the research.
