Abstract

Social business, tourism and the creative economy bring together issues of policy, culture and environment development in a given region or country, associated by their relevance as a development tool, within a context of comprehensive local productive arrangements (LPAs). The present study approaches these theoretical elements through the identification of organizations that promote the creative intangible associated in a dynamics of tourism and social business in the district of Taquaruçú, Tocantins. As a result, the points of culture were highlighted as the main protagonists of creative production, located in a context of LPA that assume characteristics of social business, leading the way towards a context of creative tourism.
