Participação dos usuários nos processos de adoção de espaços públicos de lazer e turismo urbanos

Abstract

This work deals with public-private partnerships that occur in urban open spaces, which serve concurrently for leisure and tourism. More specifically, it addresses the need for user participation for urban planning of these spaces, in some instance, given the type of partnerships ‘Adoption’, verified in the Brazilian context. Understanding the process of urban planning as a means of dialogue between society and the State, it is imperative that the State meet the needs of users in relation to public leisure spaces and urban tourism, verifying the need to establish the ‘Adoptions’, as well as spaces to be covered and forms of partnerships such applications.
