Specification and evaluation of a hypermedia system within a professional training experiment for people with cognitive impairment

Abstract

On one hand the technological development leads to the improvement of people's quality of life and increases people's chances of training; but on the other hand it means some obstacles to the integration of impaired or disabled people. In order to reverse this possibility, the aims of the project, upon which this dissertation is based, were the specification and implementation of a teaching system for local or remote, functioning mode, designed according to the learning needs of the mentally and visually impaired people.
