Abstract

This paper describes the robotic agent ESTraquinas which participated in the Ciber-Rato contest of the Festival Nacional de Robótica 2002. Following the Walls is the most used behaviour in this kind of contests. But, if a robot uses this strategy, the decisions of when to enter and when to leave this behaviour is not trivial. In this paper we present and discuss some solutions for these problems.
