Platform of information management

Abstract

This paper presents a Project developed for Prai -Programa Regional de Acções Inovadoras, a Platform of Project Management. This Platform has as main objective the creation of a system that enables the diffusion and accessibility of information in an easy, interactive and understandable way. The initial part of this article concludes the presentation and describes the context of this Platform in the project SITE -Sistema Interactivo para a Inovação e Transferência deTecnologia. A description of the functionalities and areas of access thatwe can find available in this system, like the BackOffice and FrontOffice areas, is made in the following topics. Finally, an overall analysis of the system is performed giving more emphasis to the purpose of this Platform in the context of the academic-scientific community as well as in the scope of project SITE.
