Visualização dos ventrículos cerebrais a partir de imagens de ressonância magnética e contornos semi-automáticos

Abstract

Magnetic Resonance is a technique that can be used for the acquisition of images of the brain. The acquisition of several images in different slices can lead to visualization in a three-dimensional space. This article describes an application developed in VTK for the visualization of cerebral images in three dimensions. It is focused on the visualization of the brain ventricles previously segmented.
