Abstract
The purpose of this article is to analyze the results of leisure on the well-being of people with intellectual disabilities, stimulated by the tour, carried out by the Tourism, Hospitality and Inclusion Research and Extension group (UFF) at Copacabana Fort, on August 12th. 2023. During the tour, researchers from UFF, parents and students from CAEP Favo de Mel, departing from the Quintino neighborhood, first had their destination at Sesc in Copacabana, where they had coffee, and continued on to an activity on the sand of the beach that gives its name to the tourist attraction visited. After what happened, they headed to their main destination, Copacabana Fort, just a few meters from the place of arrival.
