NOVO ENSINO MÉDIO: METODOLOGIAS ATIVAS ALIADAS À TEORIA DE FLEXIBILIDADE COGNITIVA PODEM CONTRIBUIR NO DESENVOLVIMENTO DA APRENDIZAGEM PARA ADOLESCENTES?

The present study aims to make some reflections on the new High School, active methodologies and the Theory of Cognitive Flexibility, observing some practices of interactions in the school environment, and inferring about the methodology applied at Colégio Sesi da Indústria in the municipality of Umuarama, in the state do Paraná, which is permeated by team practice and active methodologies. The method applied was the insertion of research in the scientific field with high school students, combining research, analysis of internet materials and written production, in order to explore proposals designated for high school, the implementation of the National Common Curricular Base and, considering the development of skills and abilities in the learning of teenagers, about to enter the job market. As a complement, there was research on how the individual learns, neurological aspects of the brain and its evolution in the stages of development, generating neuronal activities and synapses.
