This study focuses on publications related to crisis and conflict management in educational settings marked by challenges such as the COVID-19 pandemic and violence in schools. The research involves an integrative review using the PRISMA methodology, covering the period from 2018 to 2023, with ERIC and CAPES journals as the databases used. The main findings highlight the need for actions based on effective communication, adaptable leadership, and emotional competencies, such as empathy and resilience. We also emphasize the necessity of continuous training for managers and the importance of its content being in accordance with the demands of the experienced reality. We hope this article will contribute to educational managers, policy makers, and educators, as well as stimulate further research.
