The present study is an article analysis of the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in teachers training in order to make their classroom more inclusive. The research was carried out in the Scopus database and used the following terms for filtering: “teacher training” and “technologies” and “inclusion”. After applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the final sample consisted of 12 articles, in the range from 2018 to 2022, which a literature review was carried out on. Through the papers, it was possible to understand that there are challenges and potentialities in relation to the use of ICTs in school, in order to digitally include students and facilitate learning. Of the challenges, the following stand out: the need to train teachers in ICTs in a way that is adapted to the needs of students, the search for adapting technologies to pedagogical practice; and finally, the need for teacher training to achieve a good understanding of the necessary digital skills. Regarding the potentialities presented in the research, it was evidenced that in the training of the teachers, initial or continuous, the existence of a path in process to integrate ICTs in the pedagogical practice in an inclusive way for the students.
