Da interação à colaboração em comunidades e fóruns de discussão

Abstract

This paper presents a case study of the online discussion forum interactions between members of the Dozen Shawls in 20dozen group, which can be found on Ravelry, a yarn-centric online community. The purpose of this paper is to seek for a better understanding of the collaboration level attained in a non-formal setting. The Murphy (2004) model for online asynchronous discussion evaluation is used as far as content analysis is concerned. The results demonstrate the achieved levels of collaboration and reveal the need of further studies, bringing to the analysis equation complementary variables.
