Education, in the city of Rio de Janeiro, graduates in Pedagogy from UERJ, have to say, on social networks, about their own knowledge and practices with babies in creches and EDI - Child Development Spaces. It discusses the role of facebook – as a shared training research tool – and its compatibility with training needs in education. The results point to a curriculum that needs to be rethought and to the acknowledgment of social networks as a formative space.
