Gestão de pessoas no serviço público: um estudo de caso na Universidade Federal de Goiás - Campus Jataí

This work it is a case study conducted at the Campus Jataí of the Federal University of Goiás, in order to analyze the perception of technical and administrative staff regarding policies for managing people, with regard to remuneration, working conditions and interpersonal relations. We carried out a census, with 55 of those servers, and a semi-structured interview with the manager of the institution. The results showed that the majority are women, young people up to 35 years, with institutional bond of up to three years in classes D and E, with college graduates and satisfaction scores of interpersonal relationships predominating over pay and working conditions. Finally, these results have diagnosed the need to implement policies strategic people management to improve pay, working conditions and interpersonal relationships developed by the institution.
