Quoted in reports of health professionals and users of FHP, working is determinant in the health-illness. Several effects that influence the context of work, be it healthy or harmful, were elucidated in literature. Our review attempts to link the studies already carried out with different opinions reported by respondents. The study subjects were selected randomly, including people who are part of the team of family health unit (FHU), four users for each FUH, two female and two male adults over 20 years, including the elderly and students in the 4th grade of medicine and nursing. Data collected was conduced through semi-structured interview in two parts, comprising identification data and guiding questions based on the object of this study. The analysis was performed analyzing thematic content. It was concluded that the adequacy of human and structures resources depends not only on the internal organization of the work process of the clinic, but also on a broader field, including health policy in the three spheres of government.
