Integração e articulação intersetorial no controle da dengue: a percepção dos agentes de combate de endemias

In this study, we analyzed the process of integration of Agent Combat Endemic in the activities of the Family Health Strategy for the North West Sanitary District of Goiânia. It is an analytical, qualitative conducted in two parallel steps: the first consisted of a desk review, in order to describe the process of incorporating the agent in the District FHS, observing the organizational context and the difficulties and / or capabilities of the integration process. The second consisted of a focus group with the participation of 12 subjects, agents, representatives Unit of Primary Care Family Health of said District. With this group, we sought to understand the perceptions of the agents deployed on integration and its effects in the prevention and control of dengue. The transcribed information were coded in Web QDA software and analyzed using the Collective Subject Discourse and Lefevre of Lefevre. Speech significant five were selected, as described DSCA, B, C, D and F. Although incomplete, the subjects’ answers reveal failures in planning, especially with regard to the training of these professionals to work together in preventing and controlling dengue. It is necessary to sensitize the participants, seeking changes in behavior, providing a supportive environment for those involved with training courses on dengue, encourage and collect the participation of all professionals, monitor the process and evaluate it periodically, creating quality indicators and amount.
