Domestic violence is a serious public health problem, since it directly affects physical and psychological integrity of the victims (Carvalho-Barreto et al, 2009). This study is part of a larger project entitled “Study of domestic violence against pregnant teenagers atended at the University Hospital of São Paulo: bases for intervention/ CNPq” (Salcedo-Barrientos, 2013). This is a prospective, descriptive and exploratory study, using a qualitative approach and aims to know and understand the lived experience on domestic violence for pregnant adolescents attending the University Hospital in the city of São Paulo. This research is supported by the Theory of Praxis Intervention of Community Health Nursing - TIPESC (Egry, 1996). Semi-structured interviews with 61 pregnant teenagers were taken for three months. Data were analyzed using the software WEBQDA (Souza & Costa, 2011) with the creation of thematic groups according to the obtained results. It could concluded from the collected data that from 61 participants, 36 had already been victims of domestic violence with emphasis on psychological violence. Six analytical categories (we) were identified and here will be presented three empirical categories (sub-we): Feeling and pregnancy; Health needs; support networks. Therefore, this study deepened the knowledge about the reality of this population as well as provides methodological subsidies by using a new software: WEBQDA which allowed reflections on health practices more effective and efficient willing to meet these pregnant adolescents victims of domestic violence.
