Análise de conteúdo sobre o tema ambiente: um olhar sobre a técnica metodológica na abordagem qualitativa

This work had as its objective to carry out an analysis over the theme environment, trying to generate a systematic methodology that could reveal the real meaning of the texts produced in the Didactic Book of Biology, which is considered by the Evaluation Program of the Book for the High School Learning as the best evaluated in Brazil. The technique used was the Thematic Content Analysis, oriented by the institution of the units of registration and the units of context. From such an analysis, three indicators of focuses called the environmental changes, the exploitation of natural resources and the measurement of control, were elaborated. The main text presents the highest number of the units of registration on the environment. The highest occurrence is with the indicator of the environmental changes over the aspects of the non natural phenomena, where there is lack of the dynamic and metabolic relation between men and nature. In the complementary text, the highest occurrence is with the indicator of the measurements of control, with the predominance of the biomedical approach in the emphasis over the prevention and irradiation of illnesses. We conclude that the texts of the didactic book under discussion neglect the critical aspects over the relation men, nature and society.
