The article analyzes the contributions and social impact of Information and Communication Technologies in the professional choice for teenagers in Brazil. The research is qualitative and quantitative, descriptive and interpretative, on a stratified random sample of students aged between 13 and 18 years belonging to various educational networks, in clusters in the five regions of Brazil. Data collection took place via online questionnaire circulated on social networking sites and email. It approaches the professional choice in the following axes: Information and Communication Technologies, family, school, region, intervention instruments and dynamic.. The results show Information and Communication Technologies as an important tool for disseminating knowledge in the global society of integrated learning networks in communication and in the interweaving of career counseling dynamic. It is important to consolidate legally policies that ensure technological accessibility and Vocational Guidance services in schools nationwide.
