The problem of failure at school in mathematics and any gains that has been recognize to the computer technology in the educational context led the Cape Verdean Government to implement the programme “Mundu Novu”. Seeking to take advantage of such a programme and, at the same time, come up with a new approach to Geometric Isometric Transformations, an essentially qualitative research was developed, whose purpose is to evaluate the influence of a Continuous training, focusing on the approach of that mathematical topic using a dynamic environment of dynamic geometry, in developing Curriculum, Teaching, Mathematics and Technology skills of teachers and/or their respective students. Inserted in this broader research, this text focuses, in particular, on resonance of the use of GeoGebra by the 8th grade students, of an institution in Cape Verde. And it concludes by developing a more comprehensive, accurate and positive view of the computing tools in learning mathematics, as well as by the impact of their use to the level of technological prowess and a more solid and meaningful learning of geometrical concepts in discussion.
