This article describes the methodology used in the development of the post-graduation course in TCeIE which was based on criteria of quality taking into consideration the dimensions of institution, technology, pedagogy, media design, and evaluation. Simultaneously, we also analyse some results taking into consideration the perspective of students that, by answering a questionnaire, identify the successful criteria factors when offering a b-learning solution. We conclude with some practical suggestions for those willing to offer this kind of training action.
