This article analyzes the experience of the ALV B’SÉNIOR course, implemented in Senior Universities in the Azores, aiming to promote active ageing and digital inclusion of older adults. Using a mixed methodology with qualitative and quantitative focus, the study evaluated the impacts of lifelong learning in hybrid environments on participants self-esteem, autonomy, digital literacy, and social participation. The results show that technical-affective support, pedagogical flexibility, and respect for individual learning rhythms are critical factors for meaningful learning. The findings suggest that hybrid lifelong learning is an effective strategy to promote active citizenship and biopsychosocial well-being in old age.
