O contributo da entrevista de autoconfrontação (didática) no conhecimento do trabalho do professor

This contribution aims to present and exemplify the interest that may have, in the teacher’s training, a methodological device borrowed from the ergonomic analysis of work: the self-confrontation interview. We present some of the considerations made by a teacher of the 6th grade of Portuguese language, on her action in the classroom. These reflections will serve to present some of the main contributions of this methodological tool for the professional development of teachers.
