Abstract

The internship in pedagogue training is a place conducive to reflection on teaching practice and the development of your professionalism based on interactions and dialogues that are promoted between intern students - supervising teachers – and school teachers. Practice is taken as a problematizing axis of learning to be promoted and assumed from the perspective of permanent education, to (re)construct and (re)signify Education. Here, the goal is to identify the impact of the Trainer Training Internship on student learning and its relevance in promoting reflective competence. The study is qualitative and involved intern students from the Pedagogy course at the Federal University of Maranhão. Data were collected using a self-assessment form, during the period of remote teaching in the years 2021 to 2023. The results show that students developed reflective competence based on the activities they carried out and required in particular: organization and self-confidence. It is concluded that the Internship in Training of Trainers is a curricular component that enhances and articulates the knowledge produced in academia and by teachers in the field, from the point of view of research and from the point of view of intervention in the contexts of education and training in the remote teaching modality.
