Comics are narratives that use pictures to tell a story in a specific time and space. On education, they allow a mediation of educational concepts for his content, for his structure and action to developed possibilities for teachers. In this work, we focus on the inclusion project in comics whose goal was promote the enrichment of high artistic ability of student on the public school in Brasilia, Brazil. The high skilled in visual arts shows outstanding performance or potential high to paint, draw and / or sculpture. This paper presents a mediation process analysis that allowed the construction of the comic titled Cecilia in: Inclusion in Comics and his own history line. For this, we used a methodology of qualitative research to design the action research. The analysis was made with drawings and semiotics analysis of still Image and the analysis of language was made with dialogical thematic. The project was developed in three phases: student awareness about the inclusion concept; courses and a history of production itself. Were all phases as planned, executed and evaluated the extent to happen to the multidisciplinary team that was built being along the project. We realized that history built in Julia comics and university team demonstrates knowledge about the complexes contexts that involve inclusion and how the project can enrich the process of learning a student with high skills in arts and can benefit the students of any educational level.
