Employability and the dynamics of training of teachers in Angola

The subject, which this paper deals with, reflects well that the need to combine the training and the use of the cadres formed by an institution is a relevant issue to take into account to continue making appropriate adjustments in the organization of its training structure. The employability of the cadres trained by the Higher Institute of Educational Sciences (ISCED) in Cabinda was analyzed in this work as an important source of information about the formative relevance of their staff. It showed that it is urgent to proceed with important adjustments in their training structure, so that the Institution can continue to carry out its social function effectively.
