State tests (ENEM and SPAECE): the school management impacts in the math results

This article presents an investigation regarded to the impacts developed by a school management in order to get reasonable results in the State Math tests from a professional preparatory school from Ceará state. The main goals were to check out the performing average in the state tests (ENEM and SPAECE), from 2014 to 2017, to identify the role and actions from a school management and get to know the data studies from the state tests developed by the school managers. Four professionals from education field who are part of the management staffs from the researched school took part of the research. The data was collected through documents and an interview. Based on interview analyses, it was possible to identify the school management role impacts in the evaluation results regarded to Math field. A skilled management is able to impact in a school results, this is possible when the management team study and use the evaluation data in an appropriate way, which it results in the education quality improvement, on this way achieving its goal, which is offer teaching and learning in a quality way for everyone.
