The purpose this paper is the reflection about the networked education in digital culture in emerging contexts marked by Web 2.0. At the methodological level, Produsage’s principles and characteristics are systematized by (co) authorship in network, with special attention to potentiality of Open Educational Resources (OER). The analysis focuses on the Technological- Pedagogical Fluency (TPF) in creation process, because it implies the development and improvement of a tripod of knowledge which includes contemporary skills, fundamental concepts and intellectual abilities. Therefore it is concluded that the free circulation of resources and activities with permission to practice of 5R (reuse, review, remix, redistribute and retain) of OER can generate spiral cyclical movements of (co) authorship in contemporary contexts of network interaction and collaboration.
