Nowadays technologies are in the most varied training contexts. In companies, online training is a solution to achieve the main goals in a global job market. With the current paper we intend to show the results of the investigation about eLearning in a business context in a national big company. References and arguments are based on the case study developed until now and on the concept and scope of Pedagogical Supervision and also on the Virtual Pedagogical Model of the Open University. This model represents a consolidated eLearning with characteristics that can be easily adapted by traditional eLearning used in this specific business context. According to the suggestions we presented we believe we have all the conditions in the business context to have online learning training using a collaborative, interactive eLearning model capable to motivate and facilitate people’s adaptation to a global increasingly demanding job market. The results allowed us to realize that it is fundamental to intervene in all pedagogical structures used by the company in order to give more autonomy to the eTrainee, without neglecting neither the eTrainer nor the eSupervisor. The greatest challenge was to make the necessary changes without interfering in the company’s mission, goals and values in order to guarantee its success and competitiveness.
