PROA - Indagatio Didactica | Constraints and instability

Following the mitigation measures implemented by the University of Aveiro over the past month, PROA – the Open Access Journals Platform, which hosts the journal Indagatio Didactica – has been experiencing some difficulties that may affect its stability and operation. At present, it is not possible to register users or submit articles to journals via the platform.

Although the platform’s Helpdesk team and the Information and Communication Technology Services (STIC) are focusing their efforts on resolving the identified issues, they are not yet able to give a precise date for the platform to be fully operational.

We therefore advise those interested in submitting a paper to contact the journal’s editorial team by 31 August 2026 (the deadline for the current call for papers) at the email address de-indagatio. didactica@ua.pt, submitting the full version of the article proposal (with the authors duly identified) and a version ready for blind peer review, in accordance with the instructions available at https://proa.ua.pt/index.php/id/en/about/submissions.
