Abstract

This study investigated the relationship between brand experience and customer satisfaction, and brand loyalty, in the context of the McDonald's brand. Three hypotheses were tested, seeking to better understand the factors that influence customer loyalty and the importance of positive experiences in building lasting relationships. The research used a quantitative approach, collecting data through questionnaires applied to McDonald's customers. The results support previous research, providing empirical support for the hypotheses tested, where all showed positive results. The research confirmed that positive customer experience with the McDonald's brand is directly related to satisfaction. Customers who had positive experiences demonstrated a higher level of satisfaction. In addition, the research revealed that experience also positively influences customer loyalty. Those who have had positive experiences are more likely to become loyal to the brand. Customer satisfaction was also confirmed as an important factor for brand loyalty. Customers who were satisfied with the experience offered by McDonald's were more likely to maintain a lasting relationship with the brand. These results highlight the importance of providing positive customer experiences, as this not only increases satisfaction but also strengthens loyalty and promotes long-term relationships. These findings can be used to develop strategies that strengthen customer satisfaction, promote brand loyalty, and establish long-term relationships.
