Abstract

This paper reports some experimental data of the preliminary studies carried out in samples of the suspended solids transported by rivers and other water streams into the Ria de Aveiro lagune.The composition of the soils eroded within the drainage basins determines the mineral association of suspended solids transported by the water streams.
