Abstract

This article deals with Federico García Lorca’s prose poems, written in his Avantgarde period, and recently edited by A. Anderson (2000). This corpus is related to Salvador Dali’s paintings, with which it shares many motifs. The relationship that both artists held with the fi lm-maker Luis Buñuel proves to be essential for this prose production by Lorca.
