Abstract

The Brasilian fictionist Luiz Vilela published until the moment among collections of stories, soap operas andnovels fifteen books, besides fifteen anthologies of stories. As soap operas, were classified, by the author, the narratives of medium size. The objective of this work is to describe the structural form of the soap opera genrein theoverall of Luiz Vilela’s work.
