Abstract

The aim of this paper is to analyze João-Maria Vilanova style in the short stories of Os contos de Ukamba Kimba.
The narrative concentration in these stories is obtained thanks to a peculiar style of Vilanova, who appropriates stylistically brands of oral variant of the Portuguese in Angola.
