The catastrofic itinerary of “Um homem: Klaus Klump”
Abstract
This text analyzes the novel “Um homem: Klaus Klump” by “Gonçalo M. Tavares”, identifying formal and subject aspects with the objective of stablishing parallels between the work of the Portuguese author and the biblic myth of Noah and His Ark. The ideas of techniques, nature, war and catastrophe, present at the Tavarian Fiction, are important symbols for the biblic text, which are renewed at the Contemporary Work, showing at the present, an anti-redemption narrative way.
