Public health is the issue that most concerns the Brazilians. Problems such as lack of investment in public policies for the prevention of diseases, shortage of doctors, equipment and scrap hospitals end up contributing to negative public health in Brazil. This study presents the development of an electronic device capable of measuring blood pressure and send the result of the determination for a web platform in order to
facilitate medical care, especially in hard to reach places. For web platform we used the C ++ language program that every 30-minute interval triggers the pressure unit to enable it to perform the measurement, then the data is sent to the Web Service. To read the data sent was developed a Web Site, where the doctor accesses the internet. As a result, we obtained an electronic device for blood pressure measurement, whose main components are a PA monitor and Arduino UNO. After riding the prototype, this was properly calibrated and tested on three individuals. There has been much success in measuring (which did not differ as to monitoring only used with the monitor) and send the data to the system.
