Abstract

The integration between ergonomics and accessibility is essential to create inclusive work environments for people with mobility restrictions. In addition to adapting physical spaces, it is crucial to optimize working conditions to en- sure safety, comfort and efficiency. This article highlights the importance of these ergonomic adaptations in the workplace and aims to raise awareness about the rights of people with mobility restrictions. This systematic review sought to answer how ergonomics can be effectively applied to promote the inclusion of people with mobility restrictions in the workplace. Using the PRISMA model, the research analyzed a variety of databases and applied rig- orous criteria to select relevant articles. The data was categorized and analyzed to establish considerations on the topic. The bibliographic review found 83 articles, of which 5 were selected.
