We defined the term 'locally made'. A collaborative process is important. So, it is necessary to expand knowledge between scholarly and popular knowledge. The method presented should not be an end in itself. It should consider the peculiarities inherent each community. It should be open enough to apply only the steps necessary for each project. And mainly, it should be defined by the ones involved in the process.
