Otaviano e o complexo de Apolo Palatino: Arquitetura e poder no início do principado

Resumo
Otaviano, posteriormente denominado de Augusto, dedicou uma atenção especial aos empreendimentos arquitetônicos ao longo de sua vida política, sendo esta uma estratégia de poder utilizada por ele. Neste trabalho, tratamos sobre a construção do complexo arquitetônico de Apolo, no Palatino, empreendida por Otaviano, ressaltando a importância simbólica do local de sua construção e do deus ao qual foi dedicado; a relação que se estabeleceu entre este complexo e o contexto de sua consagração; bem como analisando as suas principais características.
